About AZWA
The Arizona Whippet Association is an AKC-sanctioned organization formed in August of 2000 by a group of people experienced in Whippet breeding, showing, coursing, and racing. Our goals are to unite people who share a common interest in the breed and promote the enjoyment of Whippet ownership through conducting AKC sanctioned events as well as informal whippet activities that encourage ALL to come out and participate.
